Year 2015 - A year of "getting it done!!!"

Started out a rough and tough year, as i've been putting off my Masters thesis writing for quite sometime, it's finally THE TIME to concentrate and just write it off my "To-do" list. Thinking about the past 2 years, spent 1 year on house renovation, refurbishing old house is definitely a tough work and countless planning... from getting quotation, interviewing contractors, getting the house floor plan right, scouting for furnitures and streanous activities of moving out and back in... AND not forgetting that downturn in my career where I have to move on to a new working environment, from Science to Business development and finally to Market Research (YES, you heard right, changed job for twice, and have to start fresh in a new field)... what a rollwe coaster experience!!!

Before being flooded in with new research projects, i reckon i should get off to focus on getting my thesis done for real. So yes, starting this new year, all geared and fired up to get this done! It's never possible to sit down for 1-2 hours after work, write something and take a break, continue the next day (at least this does not work for me in thesis-writing). Focusing thoroughly is definitely a way to go forward and i'm glad i've been granted with this 21 days off (thanks to my managers for allowing me to do so).

As being a single lady now, that gives me free time to work things through, polish up myself, to be unbiased in living a life i want it to be. And i've to agree with what Taylor Swift have to say about the value of being single:

Until the right man steps in, until i'm certainly ready, now is the period for self-reflection, to own up my mistakes and making the right choices - not for anyone, but for me. One thing i'm glad, an unsuccessful relationship never ends completely bad, because at the end of the day, both of us will have pointers to take away with. And for that, i'm glad and thankful, never regret any choices made in my life and sometimes, learning through the hard way is the best life lessons.

(p/s: I've got my hands on Ed Sheeran's tickets!!! That is some motivation to get-it-done before Ed's concert!!! LOL~~~) ^^
