As life goes on..

So as life goes on.. I wonder.. what is everyone up to these days? Seems like my working life has taken up most of my time. Oh well, can't just say working, my research as well. Anyway, i've currently come to a halt for my research. I've to put all my focus on work lately.

Things have been running in circles, my work almost turned into a routine of hiring and training new assistants, keep a close eye on their performance, argue with the managers, then when everything almost settled down.. BAM~ a resign letter sent in.. and i'm back to square one of getting a new guy. hate it! but have to bear with it~

I can't believe how some of them can be soooo irresponsible. If you're leaving, at least complete the tasks but not just disappear. I really don't like to discriminate, nor stereotype others.. But when you have personally encountered and experienced it MANY TIMES, it'll somehow haunt you.

I've experienced that the previous assistants ran away with company's laptop, borrowed money and didn't return, or agreed to attend an important meeting in representing the company, but in the end didn't show up.. etc. OMG~~ i mean, how can one person possibly be so irresponsible! They don't even care, don't even bother.. they have no idea at all, how much trouble they have caused, through their actions. seriously.. unforgivable!

Sigh~~~

I'm back! Erm.. but i'm not quite sure how long will I be able to last this time. Again, another attempt to post once in a month. haha~ so sorry for MIA. As i'm so busy these days. Previously i've blocked access to general readers due to some mistakes and needed to change my blog's domain name as well.. (note: previously "vih-caryn" has changed to "shiro-koe") ^^

"shiro" which its meaning is "white" in japanese, while "koe" is "voice".

- It's lacking these days. Well, trying my best to schedule time of my own like meeting up with friends or sometimes, just doing nothing at home is so much of a pleasure~
